Hotel a New Baden

“Not much offered for breakfast. Didn't clean room one day.”

“Super close to mid America airport. Great breakfast and they had complimentary chili in the evening.”

“The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze ”

“We were put in a pet friendly room. The room smelled like it as well. We did not bring our pet. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows. Pubic hair on supposed clean towels. Pool was closed. The breakfast in the morning was sparse. Better than motel 8 across the parking lot. Safe space to stay.”

“This hotel experience is kind of unique. The room itself was very clean, and even though the bed had a discerning popping noise it was quite comfortable. The office chair inside the room was broken and could not be raised or lowered. When I turned it upside down to see if I could fix it, the bottom half fell out. The refrigerator was not lighted. “Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.”

“It’s very run down! The rooms we were going to stay in I always check the beds and the one room had semen stains on the sheets, the rest of the bedding’s were stained with I don’t know what. The windows do not lock. The bathtub was filled with water…They had bugs and it was dirty. The fridge didn’t work.. People that were there were very sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable at all. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us our money back so we went somewhere else.”

“If you are looking for an affordable place to rest your head. I recommend this hotel. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was good and had a good overall selection. Would stay again.”
